support_bundle

Use this plan to gather information detailing the state of an existing Security Compliance Management installation and save it to the support bundle directory. When you run the plan, the location of the support bundle is returned. You can send this bundle to Puppet support to help them diagnose an issue.

Usage

bolt plan run complyadm::support_bundle [compress=<value>] [identifier=<value>]

Parameters

This plan accepts the following parameters:

compress: Optional parameter that specifies whether or not to compress the support bundle directory using Tar/GZip. Set this parameter to false if you don't wish to compress the support bundle. Default: true
identifier: Optional string value that specifies the name of the support bundle, such as a support ticket number. Default: undefined
